DJPeterLo is a K-Pop DJ local to the Bay Area. As a long-time listener of K-Pop myself, I reached out to Peter to ask if I could design 3D animations for him. We ultimately decided to make this a two-part project.

The first part was creating a new logo, and the second part would use that logo to create 3D animations.

For the logo, it was important to Peter it reflected who he is as a DJ. In contrast to a majority of male DJs, Peter wanted his persona and branding to come off as friendly and fun.

For the 3D animations, we wanted to incorporate elements from lightsticks, a prominent feature in K-pop culture.
